Top 10 Reasons I LOVE working @ ACQ: Nick Hogren

There are many reasons why we reached our 10 Year Anniversary at Acquirent and one of them is working with great people. Meet Nick Hogren, one of our sales managers, below is his list of 10 Reasons he loves working at Acquirent.

1. The open floor plan! We don’t have cubicles or offices, which makes upper management easily accessible.

2. The ACQnowledge program. This program allows us to give peer to peer recognition and positive feedback.

3. The Break Room is awesome! 5. Hour lunch break. We have an hour lunch break each day and many employees walk to the lake or go to the gym.

6. 8 AM morning meetings. Special speakers, deals of the day & daily inspirations to sell!

7. Big Screen TVs! There are big screen TVs throughout the office showing each team’s weekly stats and updates.

8. Consistent learning! Acquirent offers weekly training opportunities focused on everything from the basics of sales to general business practices to complex sales strategies.

9. The Mentorship Program. It’s great to have a mentor within the company to learn from and build a relationship outside of my typical work day.
