Sales Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program is designed to foster long-lasting personal and professional development by pairing employees with more senior salespeople within our organization.
The original mentorship program at Acquirent was created in the early years of the organization, as a means to foster growth and development in the sales force. During that time, young and hungry sales professionals were paired with seasoned sales veterans outside of Acquirent. This program was actually how Joe Flanagan, our CEO, was introduced to Acquirent in the first place, personally mentoring Acquirent’s first team members.
Today, the program continues to serve as a great platform and an integral part of the Acquirent culture. Our team members love it, and it has grown to be one of our great successes.
