There are many reasons why we reached our 10-year anniversary at Acquirent, and one of them is working with great people. Meet Alesha Bales, one of our Team Players and one of the reasons we love coming to work each day.
TOP 10 REASONS I LOVE WORKING AT ACQ
1. The respect level all employees give each other. No one is made to feel inferior to another employee.
2. The morale. Be it the morning meetings or the ACQknowldge program, Acquirent is good at keeping spirits up.
3. The open floor plan. It’s nice to be able to see and hear each other throughout the day and to be able to pop up and ask your manager a question.
4. The electronics. I have worked at many companies who provided their employees with 5+ year-old computers. It’s nice to have working and efficient electronics.
5. The administrative and IT staff. It’s nice to have a group of people to go to for random office needs and support.
6. The hours and PTO. I used to work nights, weekends and holidays, so it’s nice to have time after work to do stuff.
7. The commute. It’s SUPER easy to get to Evanston from Chicago.
8. Training and management support. With constant trainings and managers willing to help whenever you need them, my questions always get answered.
9. The perks: The snack cabinet, the wonderful break room, company outings and more.
10. The environment. No mirco-managing here!
